Digital products (including ContribDesk): Digital downloads are delivered electronically after checkout. They do not require physical shipping and have no shipping charge. If download delivery fails, contact us for a file re-send.

Physical products: Shower filter and other physical catalog items ship according to the shipping rates shown at checkout for your address. Delivery timelines vary by destination. See Delivery & Returns for more detail on physical orders.
