Refund policy

Digital products (including ContribDesk): All sales are final. Because delivery is an instant download, we do not offer refunds once the file has been made available. If your download fails or the file is corrupted, contact us and we will re-send the file. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Physical products: For shower filters and other physical items, contact us within a reasonable time if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Approved returns of unused physical goods may be accepted at our discretion; return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
