Delivery
We ship direct from the manufacturer to your door. There is no local warehouse and no reseller in between, which is how the price stays where it is. The trade-off is time, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You receive a tracking link by email and, if you have given us your number, on WhatsApp the day your parcel leaves.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include VAT. For orders shipped outside the UAE, any customs duty or handling fee charged by your country is the recipient's responsibility. In practice, at this order value, duty is rarely applied — but we cannot promise it never will be.
If your order is late
If your tracking has not moved for five working days, message us on WhatsApp. We will chase the courier ourselves. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return the filter.
- Changed your mind: return it unused and in the original box and we refund the product price. You cover the return courier.
- Arrived damaged, faulty, or does not fit your shower: we cover the return courier and either replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and a photo. We reply the same day and send you the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
What we cannot take back
Used cartridges, for hygiene reasons. If a cartridge is faulty out of the box, that is a warranty claim, not a return — see below.
Warranty
The filter housing carries a 12-month warranty from the delivery date. If it cracks, leaks at the thread, or fails in normal domestic use inside that period, we replace it free of charge. Send us a photo on WhatsApp — there is no form to fill in and we do not ask you to ship the broken one back first.
The warranty does not cover the filtration cartridge, which is a consumable and lasts 4–6 months by design, or damage caused by drops, freezing, water pressure above 6 bar, or water above 60°C.

- الإرجاع خلال ١٤ يوماً من الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي علبته الأصلية
- إذا وصل تالفاً أو لم يناسب دشك، نتحمل تكلفة الإرجاع كاملة
- ضمان ١٢ شهراً على جسم الفلتر
